1. Identity of the operator

This website (delapaztur.tur.ar) is operated by De la Paz Tur, an inbound tour operator based at Suipacha 531 — 1º piso, Buenos Aires, Argentina, registered with the Travel Agents Registry under Leg. 17379, pursuant to Argentine National Law 18.829 and its Implementing Decree 2182/72.

2. Scope and acceptance

These terms govern the access to and use of the website, as well as any contracting of the tourism services offered by De la Paz Tur. Use of the site implies the full and unconditional acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree with any of them, please do not use the site.

3. Services offered

De la Paz Tur is an inbound tour operator that designs and markets trips, packages, circuits and individual services (accommodation, transfers, excursions, guides, flights, etc.) within the Argentine Republic and neighbouring countries, both for end clients and for retail agencies, outbound tour operators and other B2B partners.

The information available on the site is for informational purposes and does not constitute a binding offer. Prices, dates, availability and specific conditions of each trip are confirmed at the time of quotation and/or formal booking.

4. Role as intermediary

For services that involve third-party providers (airlines, hotels, cruise lines, ground transport, independent guides, insurers, etc.), De la Paz Tur acts as an intermediary between the traveller and the actual service provider. Accordingly, it is not liable for acts or facts that may arise between the traveller and the providers, nor for services not contracted or substitutions made by airlines or other suppliers.

This intermediation is governed by the general conditions set out in Resolution 256/2000 of the former Ministry of Economy (and amendments), Law 18.829 and Decree 2182/72.

5. Bookings, payments and invoicing

• A booking is considered confirmed when we receive written acceptance of the quotation or voucher and the corresponding payment (full or agreed deposit).
• Prices are expressed in the currency indicated in each quotation. Quotations have a limited validity and may vary due to exchange rates, availability or changes applied by providers.
• Payments are made through the means we communicate (bank transfer, authorised payment processors, etc.). Invoices are issued in accordance with current tax legislation.
• Tourism services rendered within Argentina may be subject to VAT and other applicable taxes, in accordance with prevailing legislation.

6. Cancellations and changes

Cancellation, refund and modification conditions are those set by each provider for the contracted service (hotels, airlines, cruises, etc.) and those established in the specific contract signed between the parties. We recommend reading those conditions carefully before confirming a booking.

When De la Paz Tur must modify or cancel a service due to reasons beyond its control (unforeseen events, force majeure, public authority decisions, etc.), it will offer equivalent alternatives where possible or the refund of the amounts received, less unrecoverable costs incurred with the providers.

7. Documentation and travel requirements

It is the traveller's sole responsibility to have valid personal documentation and to meet the migration, health, customs and visa requirements applicable to the trip. De la Paz Tur may provide general guidance, but this does not replace consultation with the competent authorities of each country.

We particularly recommend taking out travel assistance insurance appropriate to the type of trip and to the age and health conditions of the traveller.

8. Use of the website

The user undertakes to:

• Use the site in accordance with the law, morality, public order and these terms.
• Refrain from any use that may damage, disable, overload or impair the site or its services, or that prevents its normal use by other users.
• Refrain from introducing viruses or malicious code and from attempting to access restricted areas of the site or the systems that support it without authorisation.
• Refrain from using data or content of the site for its own commercial purposes without express authorisation.

9. Intellectual property

All content on the site (text, photographs, illustrations, logos, trademarks, maps, videos, code and design) belongs to De la Paz Tur or is used under license from its owners. Its reproduction, distribution or modification without prior written authorisation is prohibited. Provider, chamber and association logos shown on the site belong to their respective holders and are used for informational purposes or by virtue of their commercial relationship with De la Paz Tur.

10. Links to third-party sites

The site may contain links to third-party websites (for example, social networks, maps, booking platforms). De la Paz Tur has no control over those sites and is not responsible for their content nor for their privacy or use policies. We suggest reading the terms and policies of those sites before using them.

11. Limitation of liability

De la Paz Tur shall not be liable for direct or indirect damages arising from the impossibility of accessing the site, errors or omissions in the information published, or from any improper use that users may make of the site or of the services offered, except where the law expressly imposes liability.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits the guarantees and rights recognised to consumers by the Law 24.240 on Consumer Protection and complementary regulations.

12. Privacy

The processing of personal data collected through this site is governed by our privacy policy, which we invite you to read.

13. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic, including in particular Law 18.829 and its Implementing Decree 2182/72 (travel agencies), Law 25.326 (personal data protection) and Law 24.240 (consumer protection).

For any dispute arising from the use of the site or the contracting of services, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the ordinary courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, without prejudice to the jurisdiction that by law corresponds to consumers.

14. Modifications

De la Paz Tur may modify these terms at any time to adapt them to legal, technical or operational changes. The version in force will always be the one published on this page, with the date of last update indicated.
