Community Tourism
Ten days of immersion in the Calchaquí Valleys living alongside farming families: horseback rides, weaving, ceramics and artisanal wineries in Cafayate, Corralito and Santa Rosa. De la Paz Tur is committed to promoting the use of accommodation and excursions that care for the natural and social environment, giving preference to those with sustainability certification. The company will not contract services involved in forced labor or that employ children, nor will it tolerate child prostitution at the venues or accommodations it hires, and it will terminate any contractual agreement if the provider fails to take adequate measures to prevent the sexual exploitation of children within its premises.

Arrival in Buenos Aires
Arrival at Ezeiza International Airport. Reception and private transfer to Nuss Hotel, a former Spanish-style convent with over 100 years of history in the heart of Palermo Soho.
The city of the valleys
Flight to Salta and private transfer to Hotel El Bodeguero. Walking tour of Plaza 9 de Julio, the Cathedral, the Historic Cabildo and San Miguel Market, with the option of visiting the High Mountain Archaeology Museum (MAAM). In the evening, a reservation at La Casona del Molino.
Quebrada de las Conchas and first night with a farming family
Private transfer along Route 68 and the Quebrada de las Conchas, stopping at El Anfiteatro and a 45-minute walk through La Yesera. In the afternoon, arrival at La Rinconada, at the stone home of Enrique, a local farmer and founding member of a farming organization. Meals shared with the family.
Seven waterfalls and family winery
Trek along the route of the seven waterfalls of the Río Colorado with a local guide. Family lunch back at La Rinconada. In the afternoon, a visit to Miguel, maker of the "Solín Terraza" artisanal wines, with a tour of the vineyards and a tasting.
Horseback ride and Soledad's house
Transfer to Corralito for a horseback ride to Cerro Zorrito and a red ravine on the banks of the Río El Colorado. Visit to the home of Soledad, a leader of the National Forum for Family Farming, with a traditional lunch and ceramics workshop. Overnight at her house.
Farmhouse cooking and weaving with Florencia
Preparing empanadas in a clay oven, locro, humita and regional sweets together with a farming family. In the afternoon, a loom-weaving class with Florencia, a local artisan, using sheep and llama wool. Overnight at Soledad's house.
Valle Yacotul winery and Quebrada de las Flechas
Visit to the Santa Rosa community and its family winery "Valle Yacotul". Lunch with a local family and a walk through the Quebrada de las Flechas. Transfer to Seclantas, home of the Poncho Salteño, staying at Finca Montenieva.
Acsibi Caves
Trek to the Acsibi Caves, a valley of reddish rock formations carved by the wind, with a picnic lunch along the way. Overnight at Finca Montenieva.
Los Cardones National Park and return
Transfer to Salta passing through Los Cardones National Park and the Cuesta del Obispo. Flight to Buenos Aires and transfer to the Cassa Lepage hotel, in the Historic Quarter, with its own on-site museum.
Return
Private transfer to Ezeiza International Airport.
